PKLuck Terms and Conditions –
Rules Every Player Must Know

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players who access or use the PKLuck platform, including the pkluck website at pkluck.one and the pkluck mobile application. By using pkluck, you enter into a binding agreement with PKLuck and confirm that you understand and accept all terms set out on this page.

PKLuck operates as an online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting, fishing games, arcade titles and other gaming products. All games available on pkluck are provided for entertainment purposes and involve real money wagering. PKLuck does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game played on the platform.

These pkluck Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the PKLuck Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkluck. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

2Eligibility

To register and play on PKLuck, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the pkluck platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKLuck does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or play on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing pkluck from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pkluck complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All pkluck accounts must be registered and used by the individual whose details appear on the account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of PKLuck or any of its associated companies. Employees and affiliates are not permitted to hold player accounts on pkluck.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pkluck platform. Players whose accounts have been closed for violations of these terms are not permitted to re-register.

3Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on PKLuck. Creating more than one pkluck account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any combination of these — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering your pkluck account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. PKLuck reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pkluck account credentials. You must not share your pkluck username or password with any other person. PKLuck will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

• You must notify pkluck immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• PKLuck reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected security breaches.
• Account details including name, date of birth and national ID cannot be changed after verification without formal written request and supporting documentation.
• PKLuck accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your pkluck account to any other person.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

PKLuck processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently accepted on the pkluck platform. PKLuck does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers or any other payment method not listed here.

All deposits made on pkluck must originate from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered pkluck player — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated pkluck account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals on pkluck will only be processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit. PKLuck does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Before your first withdrawal is processed, pkluck may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure designed to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• The minimum deposit on pkluck is ৳20. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• PKLuck does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours may take slightly longer to process, though pkluck aims to complete all withdrawals within minutes under normal conditions.
• PKLuck reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pkluck balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

5Bonuses & Promotions

PKLuck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses available on pkluck are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion on the pkluck platform and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds credited to your pkluck account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before withdrawal is permitted.

• Each pkluck bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• PKLuck reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses that have expired before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your pkluck balance without compensation.
• PKLuck reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.
• Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
• Not all games on pkluck contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is specified in the individual promotion terms.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on the PKLuck platform operate using certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes on pkluck are determined entirely by this technology and are not influenced by PKLuck, the game provider or any other party. PKLuck does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game session on pkluck, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during that round will be returned to your pkluck balance. PKLuck will not be held liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

• All bets placed on pkluck are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• PKLuck reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a wager on pkluck.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games on pkluck. These limits are displayed within the game interface and must be respected.
• PKLuck reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable from any single game session at its discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKLuck platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and PKLuck reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending the outcome of that investigation.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with pkluck games without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on pkluck, including live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the pkluck platform to gain an advantage not intended by the game design.
• Using the pkluck platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification on pkluck.
• Accessing pkluck from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the pkluck platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pkluck staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Privacy & Data

PKLuck collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkluck.one/privacy-policy. By registering on pkluck, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

PKLuck collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity and complying with applicable legal obligations. PKLuck does not sell your personal data to third parties.

• PKLuck uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the pkluck platform.
• Your payment details are processed securely through the relevant mobile banking networks and are not stored on pkluck servers.
• PKLuck may share your data with regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data pkluck holds about you. Contact the support team to make a data access request.

9Limitation of Liability

PKLuck provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While pkluck makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and free from errors, PKLuck does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that all games will be available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKLuck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the pkluck platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical faults, service interruptions or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain account security.

• PKLuck is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• PKLuck is not liable for any tax obligations arising from winnings earned on the platform. Players are responsible for their own tax compliance.
• PKLuck's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

PKLuck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the player has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that PKLuck considers harmful to the platform, other players or the integrity of the games offered on pkluck.

Players may also request the closure of their own pkluck account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account, provided that all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

• Accounts closed due to violations of these terms may have their balances forfeited at PKLuck's discretion.
• Players who have self-excluded from pkluck may not re-register until their self-exclusion period has fully expired.
• PKLuck reserves the right to refuse re-registration to any player whose account was previously closed for serious violations.

11Responsible Gaming

PKLuck is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. Gaming on pkluck should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or escape personal problems. 12Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the pkluck platform following the publication of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using pkluck and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
